• We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, images, and specifications of Products; however, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free.
• Prices are as listed on the website, inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (as specified).
• We reserve the right to correct any error in price or description even after an Order is placed, or to refuse or cancel any order you place. If an incorrect price has been charged, we will refund the difference or cancel the Order.

4. Placing Orders & Payment

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an Order for reasons such as unavailability of Product, inability to verify payment, or suspected fraud.
• Payment can be made via the payment methods offered on the website (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, COD if offered, etc.).
• For payment via third-party gateways, you agree to comply with their terms. We are not liable for disputes arising from such services beyond our scope.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• Once the Order is placed, we will send an Order confirmation email or SMS. That does not necessarily mean acceptance — the Order is accepted when we dispatch the Product.
• You may request cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch, you must follow our Returns & Refund policy (if applicable).
• In case we cancel the Order, we will refund the full amount within a reasonable time to your original payment method.

6. Delivery & Risk

• Delivery will be made to the address provided by you; ensure it is correct and complete.
• The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you when we hand over the item to the courier / transport provider.
• Delivery time estimates are provisional and not guaranteed; delays due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen events are not our liability.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Unless otherwise specified, Products (especially spiritual items, sealed items, custom items) may not be returned.
• If a product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours with photographs. We may replace or refund, subject to stock availability.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after verification.

8. User Accounts & Security

• To shop with us, you may have to create an account. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
