1. Placing an Order

  • To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete details including your name, shipping address, contact number, and email.
  • Once you confirm and pay, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not necessarily mean we have accepted it.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, verification issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after payment verification.
  • For made-to-order or customized items (e.g. specially crafted idols, custom yantras), processing may take additional time. We will inform you of such delays at the earliest.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package, or provide alternate delivery instructions if needed.

3. Cancellation of Orders

  • You may request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched. To do so, contact us immediately by email or phone with your order details.
  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may have to follow the returns process (if eligible).
  • If we cancel the order (for example, due to stock unavailability), you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within a reasonable time.

4. Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

a) Eligibility

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
  • The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accompanying materials (like gift box, certificate, manuals) intact.

b) Return Request Process

  • Send us a request via email (info@sriakshayavedic.com) or through customer support, including:
     1. Your order number
     2. A description of the issue
     3. Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
     4. Desired resolution (replacement or refund)
  • Our team will review and respond within a reasonable time.

c) Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions (courier or postal service).
  • Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the product was damaged / incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping.
  • Please pack the item securely in original packaging (or equivalent) to avoid further damage during transit.

d) Replacement / Refund

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.
  • If replacement is chosen and stock is available, we will dispatch the new item promptly, at no extra product cost (but courier charges may apply if agreed).
  • For refunds, we will credit the amount to your original payment method within 7–14 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
  • If part of the order is non-returnable (e.g. sealed items, customized pieces), we may offer a partial refund or credit.

5. Non-Returnable / Exempt Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. These include but are not limited to:

  • Sealed spiritual items or yantras once the seal or packaging is broken
  • Customized, made-to-order or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or authenticity certificates

6. Risk & Title

  • Title and risk pass to you when we hand over the goods to the courier or shipping provider.
  • Until the product reaches you (or is acknowledged delivered), we are responsible for any damage or loss in transit and will assist in claims with the courier.

7. Disputes & Queries

  • If you have any issues or queries regarding your order, returns, or refund, please contact us promptly with full details so we can assist you and resolve the issue.
  • We aim to act fairly and in good faith. In case of unresolved disputes, we will follow applicable laws and regulations (e.g. Consumer Protection Act in India).

8. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to change, modify, or update this Order & Return Policy anytime.
  • The updated version will be posted on our website, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use after changes constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
