1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During festivals, high demand periods, or on weekends, processing might take up to 5 business days.
  • For items made to order (e.g. customized brass idols, yantras), the lead time may extend further; we will notify you of any delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We partner with trusted courier services (e.g. India Post, Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC) to deliver your items safely.
  • For remote areas or islands, we may use local postal or regional couriers.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

4. Delivery Charges / Shipping Fee

  • Standard shipping charges apply based on weight and destination.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders above a minimum cart value (e.g. ₹X).
  • For heavy or bulky items (e.g. large statues, copper items), additional freight charges may apply.
  • In case of cash on delivery (COD) orders, a COD fee will be added (if applicable).

5. Order Tracking & Notifications

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email / SMS with your tracking number and courier link.
  • You can track your order via the courier’s website using that tracking ID.
  • If there is any delay, we will proactively inform you via email or phone.

6. Delivery Exceptions / Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • Certain items (e.g. liquids, powders, large metal idols) may have delivery constraints in specific states or via particular couriers.
  • If your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you for alternate arrangements or refund.

7. Failed Delivery / Returns to Sender

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, and the item is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for reshipping charges.
  • Please confirm the address and contact number when placing the order to avoid such issues.

8. Damaged / Lost Items

  • In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the package and item.
  • We will initiate a courier claim and arrange for replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.
  • For lost parcels, we will lodge a claim with the courier and refund or reship once the investigation is complete.
